Aunty's Baking Adventure ~ Success Series!

Butter cookies recepi given by xxx:

butter - 200g
icing - 50g
flour - 150g
corn powder 50g
butter + icing -> mix until very smooth
then add in flour + corn powder...
then bake 180 C , 10-15 mins

Aunty: The butter cookies. The butter need to melt one ar?
xxx: Yes

So, because Aunty melt the butter, the butter and icing will never able to be creamy...

Do not want to give up, clarify with friend again:

Aunty: the butter cookies, is it when the dough is mixed, it is very wet
xxx: your mixture maybe not accurate
Aunty: emmmm
Aunty: when icing sugar and butter mixed well
Aunty: how it look like
Aunty: i doubt on this step
Aunty: cos i using food processor to mix it
xxx: el..
xxx: we use hand
Aunty: it will look like creamy?
xxx: mix until very very even
xxx: yes
xxx: creamy
Aunty: emmm ok
Aunty: i know
Aunty: i failed at this part then


Aunty is entry level ler, so really don't know those term well :p
but, luckily, still consider success in her second try. Failed again, as not fully cooked!
