1) Start to pick up some piano theory
2) Start practise and recall how to play piano. (depends on the progress, may arrange piano lesson)
3) Finish the book given by friend
4) Practice on baking
5) Try some recepi for fish soup
6) Try to meet friend for movie and dinner if can. (why say "if can", because it always fail as Aunty don't have lot of friends and Aunty's friends mostly are busy and "lazy"... sound sad huh, it is ok though, Aunty sometimes enjoy to be alone!)
7) Go back to Ipoh and visit her parents
8) Get some furniture for the guest room so can bring her parents to KL and stay with her in sweet home

今天，我突然发觉已认识很多年的朋友，可能至今都不懂他们/她们的中文名字。
其实我们的中文名字是很特别的！让你身边的朋友开始认识我们的中文名字吧！

人生无常

健康的时候，我们总以为时间还很多，许多话可以留到以后慢慢说，许多事情可以等到以后慢慢做。

好朋友的父亲一向健壮，没有机会留下一句话却突然离开了。。。朋友，希望你和你的家人节哀顺变，还望多多珍重！

Aunty's Baking Adventure ~ Success Series!

Butter cookies recepi given by xxx:

butter - 200g
icing - 50g
flour - 150g
corn powder 50g
butter + icing -> mix until very smooth
then add in flour + corn powder...
then bake 180 C , 10-15 mins

Aunty: The butter cookies. The butter need to melt one ar?
xxx: Yes

So, because Aunty melt the butter, the butter and icing will never able to be creamy...

Do not want to give up, clarify with friend again:

Aunty: the butter cookies, is it when the dough is mixed, it is very wet
xxx: your mixture maybe not accurate

Aunty is entry level ler, so really don't know those term well :p
but, luckily, still consider success in her second try. Failed again, as not fully cooked!

Aunty's Baking Adventure ~ What's not right?

4 cups of self raising flour
1 cup of cream
1 can of sprite

This is the secret recepi that Aunty Sue taught me (but, now, not a secret anymore!)

The output did together with Aunty Sue. Taste very good! Soft...just one word "Nice!"

First try, oppsss, when it serve hot, still soft....later, become harder....and pity my friend, they got to finish it although it is not nice....

Using 4 cups of self raising flour also, but cannot finish the whole can of sprite, as it seems too wet, so only use 3/4 of sprite...and 250ml of cream which is same as 1 cup of milk....

second try, oppsss, when it serve hot, although is soft but powder taste is too strong....and pity my colleague, they got to finish it although it is not nice....

Using 4 cups of self raising flour also, and due to too hard from the first try, pour almost whole can of sprite, and it really get too wet...and 250ml of cream which is same as 1 cup of milk....since too wet, keep adding flour....hai.....fail again.....

Suspect the raw ingredient not right. Changed the self raising flour and the cream brand. Again using 4 cups of self raising flour, 3/4 sprite, one cup of cream which is same as 1 cup of milk....and use normal bake, bake longer, this round, i think the flour taste is lesser, and not as hard as the previous try, but, still I don't think it is successful...will try again.....

I think I will hate baking due to all this failure, but, I still want to keep on trying until I get the same feeling from the one that made in NZ. Add Oil...never give up! 同事们，委屈你们了！

人生的七年说长不长，说短不短。七年内不曾生病，是一件奇事吗？可能对一个工作很忙的人而言，连生病的时间也没有。或对一个经常谈论和使用“身体健康”这个词语的人而言是值得高兴的一件事。不然，也不会有祝福词“祝你身体健康”！

不过，有时候，生病可以为自己找一个休息的借口。让自己抛下忙碌的工作，好好的睡一觉。或是为自己找一个偷懒的借口，都可以！

但是，却是有一点可惜，因为七年不病的神话破灭了...你的counter reset to 0了。希望你可以再创造另一个七年，八年或一辈子的神话。

The Customer is Always Right -- Harry Gordon Selfridge

The release was in UAT environment for one month, and we always remind customer to test it before go live date. And today, suppose the patches need to go into production environment and only customer reported issue. First thing come into my mind is: "Is that customer always right?"

Then, I started to ask "顾哥" and I read some articles, here is the paragraph that totally calm me down:

曾有人对这个理念提出质疑，如果真的是客户错，也要认定客户是对的吗？这难道不是颠倒是非吗？管理学上有一个很著名的案例，讲等待上车的人和坐在车上的人的想法是不一样的。那些等车的人，因为着急上车，每见到一辆公交车就恨不得赶紧挤上去，哪怕车里已经满员了，也拼命地往上挤，如果看到有的车不靠站就想高声叫骂；而那些坐在车上的人呢？他们恨不得公交车每一站都不要停（除了自己下车的那一站），对于那些明明看见车满员了还往上挤的人还会心生不满，甚至要对他们叫：挤什么挤，不会等下一班啊！事实上，这只是角色在不同的时间点上做了一些转换，可其心态相差就那么大！所以，对于"客户永远是对的"的理解，应该首先转换自己的角色，然后就会发现，这种说法并没有错。

Aunty乱的一面！

同事说：你的家收拾得那么整齐，为什么你工作的地方那么乱！

乱！乱！乱！不懂要如何收拾？

你有你怀念但又再吃不到的味道吗？

我并不特别喜欢吃蛋糕。但是就对这蛋糕情有独钟。在去年的生日，才发现secret recepi 停止卖这cocha mocha蛋糕？为什么呢？不受欢迎吗？我很想念这蛋糕的味道。我看，是时候再去问一问，他们是不是真的不卖了？

原来当你怀念你喜欢的味道也有说不出的一番滋味！

Aunty 心血之作 ~ 爱心鸡汤

Uncle 每天看电脑，眼睛都累了吧！杞子有明目的作用，那多加一点。
Uncle 每天工作劳累，泡参能消除疲劳，也加一点。。。


杞子红枣乌鸡汤的做法:
1、将乌鸡洗净，去毛、去内脏，放入沸水中滚5分钟，捞起，用水洗净，沥干水。
2、杞子用温水浸透，用水洗净，沥干水。
3、红枣，泡参用水洗净。
4、鸡入锅，水开撇去浮沫，加入红枣，泡参大火煮开，小火慢炖两个半到三个小时。

haiyo，站着起码30分钟，还不能完全把油去掉。emmm....另想办法。

把摊冷的鸡汤放入冰箱。等。。。把凝结的油取出。再把鸡汤弄热。。。

Uncle 和 Aunty 终于可以喝鸡汤了。。。

笨笨的Aunty第一次用Oven

Aunty一直闹着要做 apple muffin. 今天，兴致勃勃去买了一切材料。要开始做muffin 了。


第一个笑话：
读着oven 的manual, 原来第一次用oven，需要，用高温先开它30分钟。那aunty就好像很聪明的开始按着时间的按钮。那，看见 99:99, 很自然以为是分秒。就一直把分钟按到30，但是，怎么只停在23，秒的也停在59。阿，不懂ler，难道没有任何事物可以调到30分钟，23分钟是maximum 了。好吧！因该是，那现在调到23:59待会儿再加多7分钟，因该没有问题。那aunty就开始准备muffin的材料。emmm 为什么好像很久了，时间还是21:45。大声喊：“Uncle，为什么那么久了，才过了两分钟？”Uncle跑来厨房看看：“没有啦！已经两个小时了！”“什么?两个小时？那digital clock才过了两分钟嘛！”。“Wow，我为什么有那么笨的老婆，要谋杀亲夫是吗？那是时分，而不是分秒。嗨哟，还好没有爆炸！”


第二个笑话：
读着food processor的manual, 要启动它把muffin的材料mix好。怎么办？没有反应的？“Uncle，不能啦！你一定没把插头的电线放好啦！”“不可能啦，只有两条电线，我没那么笨啦”
两个大笨蛋，做了大半天，都启动不了一个food processor。Uncle就说“一定是坏了”拿给Jason看看。叫他们拿去claim warranty。结果，Jason 和 Cheryl 用了很短的时间启动了！嗨哟，都没有装好，不能启动的啦！Pengsan！


第三个笑话：
Muffin 不太成功，有点硬的。。。“uncle，明天你上班，记得那去请你的colleague吃哦！”
结果，每个同事硬硬把所有不好吃的muffin吃完！“Uncle，下个礼拜，我再做muffin。一定要成功！”“wow，你别虐待我们的同事啦，他们赶project已经很惨，你还要他们吃完你的硬到可以丢死狗的muffin！”


Aunty想澄清一下，其实没那么差，也可以吃的！

就是把以下的时分，当成分秒！别笑aunty啦！她有时候真的笨笨的！

Aunty 心血之作 ~ 爱心鸡汁

Uncle最近工作很忙，应该很累吧！Aunty决定炖爱心鸡汁给Uncle提提神。

Steps:
1. 马来鸡一只
2. 去皮，不然炖出来的鸡汁会很油腻
3. 把鸡洗干净
4. 用大刀背部把鸡剁到全部骨头都碎了。
5. 鸡块放在炖盅的碗背上。注：把切片的泡参放在碗里面。
6. 可以开始用大火或中火炖鸡汁。
7. 若没有水了，就要另外再把煮滚的水加入。注：一定要用煮滚的水，不可以用冷水
8. 鸡汁要炖煮起码4个小时。结果，我炖了6个小时

鸡汁呢？嘻嘻，在碗里面。。。


把碗也拿走，你就会看到鸡汁了：


把鸡汁倒入碗中。。。emmm，need to improve...

Uncle's business trip to India

Uncle went to India for workshop.

The customer asked him what type of printer to use to print the invoice for those van sales. From our experience, normally will mount the Epson dot matrix printer to the truck...most of the customer used this. So, uncle suggest to the customer. But, customer keep saying the truck cannot fit....emmm, why cannot fit ler? Most of the customer never raise this concern before....

Haiyo, no wonder lah, if put the printer liao, the driver need to sit on top of the truck...


now, you see how's the truck for other customers

On the way to work, uncle 突然说：“wow, 这个人是很喜欢抹车吗？”

Aunty 心血之作 ~ Uncle 2008 送出去的圣诞礼物

Uncle 是office里最调皮的。每一年，谁被他抽到都别希望有好的礼物。

2006 年 ~ 10 个 Fab 肥皂。不过，她最后得到王力宏正版CD。特地从台湾带回来的。
2007 年 ~ 2 个厕所棍 + 1 个Dynamo。她很喜欢，因为刚搬新家，她说她刚好需要厕所棍。
2008 年 ~ Uncle 说要买厕所板，不过aunty反对。结果uncle要aunty做一个最特别的圣诞礼物。
2009 年 ~ Uncle 抽到 aunty，haiyo，sian liao lah...以后要添加一个rules, 要抽过。

2008 的礼物：用了4个小时完成所有的剪剪贴贴。当时人至今都不知道这作品处于aunty之手。现在告诉你啦，若你看到这个post。没办法咯，谁叫你是office当红人物。。。

Aunty 心血之作 ~ 小叮当

新年天气真的很热。没有去找任何朋友聚一聚，6 天的假期都待在家里。这就是在家乡突然心血来潮做出来的。

小叮当的来源：

年初二，哥哥和嫂嫂带着一对子女回娘家了，家里就静了起来。没有人一直在叫小姑陪他们玩了。曾经答应着两个小瓜缝制一些米袋给他们玩。这一天该是好时机了。。。

哪知道，晴晴指着床单说：“姨姨，doreamon！”。看见床单上的小叮当，很可爱。我就问晴晴，“你要doreamon吗？”。。。“要”。。。一个要字，让我突然很兴奋。问妈妈拿了剪刀，不理会妈妈的反对，开始剪了。。。好不容易，剪了3个小叮当。妈妈从超级反对到超级支持。她还帮忙剪和缝。。。哈哈。。。

就这样，剪剪，缝缝，3个doreamon诞生了：

觉得还可以改进，结果，就围着小叮当再缝。感觉上比较立体。结果，从2pm缝到12:30am 哈哈...


千辛万苦再找多5个。总共有8个：

1个给了两个月大的蒨蒨
1个给了baby Chloe
1个给了有wierd habit的大小孩
还有两个还没缝

Aunty 的耳环

耳环是我最喜欢的饰品。没有什么特别的原因，就是喜欢在穿不同的衣服，戴上不同的耳环。。。

当我们和 Benny（Roomz的老板）谈wardrobe 的requirement时，我向他提出，我需要一块板，钉上小小的钉子。。。然后我告诉他，大概要几排的钉子，每个钉子的距离是 one inch。他用很奇怪的眼神看着我。我想：“他一定在想我要做什么。。。”。我开始在我的手机找了这一张照片。“这就是我要的啦！”他看了，说“wow，这样也可以。确实是个不错的idea。”他还说他会送这个给我，不charge任何价钱。Benny随和的性格，就是我们最喜欢的！

但是看来还是不够，若我有新的耳环，怎么办？

以上的耳环贡献最多的人：
1）自己 ~ 很多都是我在pasar malam 买的。RM10 ~ 4 pairs
2）Sor Hua ~ 我们的承诺: 无论对方去哪里旅行，都不买其他的手信，而会为对方带一对耳环回来。我已经拿了她很多对耳环，但却没有机会买她耳环。。。不好意思哩！Pai Seh...我太久没有去旅行了！

耳环的遗憾：
1) 有一对耳环是我很期待的，但是我没得到。
2) 有一对耳环是我最喜欢的，但是在新西兰被我掉了其中一个 :(
