Aunty's first fish head soup

Aunty first try on the fish head soup, yummy! But, aunty still think that the taste can be improved...It is not so bad, Aunty rates herself 6 out of 10. Will try again!

Start boiling the soup, suppose to wait the water boiled only add the fish, but forgot this step, will need to remember this in the next try!





 



The color of the soup start to turn milky









Here you are! Yummy fish head soup









Cook some porridge, remove all the water from the porridge and add into the soup...  









Oh yeah, forgot to tell you, Aunty get this from internet: 如加几滴牛奶或放适量啤酒,鱼汤色白,鱼肉细嫩,味道尤佳。Got to share with you, after adding some beer, it really taste a lot better. You can try!

wow....looks yummy! what fish did you use? i might try it out too :)

i'd add some salted veggies, tofu, tomatoes....add some bee hoon to make fish head bee hoon soup!

i used 石斑鱼头, yeah yeah, after add tomatoes and salted vege, then it will become fish head noodles liao!
