在等表姐时，看到它，随意的拍了几张照片。多希望坐在车里拍几张照片！但是，我还是喜欢白马王子feel！

Before lighting the candles, lighting the candles, after lighting the candles, Aunty forgot to take photo when sis karen make her wish...taking photo with 2 sis and finally cut the cake.

Last but not least, the butter cake that requested by sis karen...and bake by sis eunice...

Miss roti said, Aunty cannot simply give her heart or her luv...no choice lah, aunty lazy to go and buy another cake tin...since is 爱心蛋糕，应该是心形咯！

银条？不是啦，是Butter!

Since Aunty promised will bake butter cake for sis Karen....now aunty got plenty of butter to practise....

Surprise!!!

When I was in the meeting, recieved call from Guard House saying that DHL sending something to us! What comes into Aunty's mind was "Haiyo, must be something send to uncle again!"

Luckily helpful neighbour helped me to collect from DHL and it was 2 letters.

Finally reached home and noticed "Yeee, is to Eunice!".....Who send aunty letter??? and via DHL somemore??? What is so important???? Why so many ???? , reason is Aunty seldom recieve lettle from DHL hahaha.....

Can't wait to open and see what is inside.....ohhhh! No!!!! touching!!!! Uncle sent Aunty some postcard from India!!!!

Dinner & cup cake!

朋友说想吃饭。回到家快快打开冰箱。emm，有鸡翅膀，有半个南瓜。
从来没有煮过南瓜，所以就去问“顾哥”找到一个南瓜菜谱。想做姜汁蒸鸡，打电话问妈妈如何烹调。结果，就在一个小时内烹调了这两道菜肴：

1) 姜茸蒸鸡

2) 咸蛋黄炒南瓜

吃完晚餐，我们就到公园散步，人生可以天天如此，多好！



回到家，突然心血来潮要试一试一个30年的密级抄出来的 cup cake recepi。
但是，又失败了！

总觉得怪怪的。The result look not right！

By trying on the cup cake, expert easily identify the reason:

1) beat too long

2) the paper cup too small

3) the temperature is not correct!

After 12pm, never drink wine or any alcoholic drinks, it will also make aunty awake whole night

实例1：02/04/2010 11pm，几杯port wine，enough to have aunty awake till 3 something...
实例2：05/04/2010 8pm, 几杯soju (korean rice wine), again make aunty awake till 3 something...

性格：乐观！天使般的心肠！好人一个! 好像傻大姐的！有她，一定有笑声！
她们如何相遇：在上天的安排，她们在e2open相遇! 她还说Aunty很不友善，面对面碰见，都不和她笑一下！哈哈！没有啦！Aunty 是慢热型嘛！
她们相似的地方：健忘，blur，路痴

今天，她到aunty的家陪aunty。哈哈，aunty说：不如我们做cupcake，butter cookies！
哈哈，我们就这样开始忙碌起来了！

Wow，很认真ler!

她说：“我的第一次就这样给了你啦！

eii...你想什么，第一次baking啦！

Haiyo，买mix好好的cupcake powder, 都可以失败！

Aunty 对baking确实没有天分！不熟的！

看看所有的失败品！你看，为什么有些那么大粒的。
neh，她啦！懒惰！问aunty，小小个cupcake，何时才做完！
要求aunty给她大一点paper cup，结果，aunty给了她muffin的paper cup。

还好，还有一些是成功的！

Aunty在表层加了巧克力浆，和椰丝！
emm，味道还不错，不过，有一点甜啦！

不过aunty不喜欢那巧克力cup cake! 应该可以更好。。。

Aunty's new toy

Aunty got her new toy today! Yeah, Recall! Practise! Learn! Excited!

Aunty's first fish head soup

Aunty first try on the fish head soup, yummy! But, aunty still think that the taste can be improved...It is not so bad, Aunty rates herself 6 out of 10. Will try again!

Start boiling the soup, suppose to wait the water boiled only add the fish, but forgot this step, will need to remember this in the next try!

Cook some porridge, remove all the water from the porridge and add into the soup...  

Oh yeah, forgot to tell you, Aunty get this from internet: 如加几滴牛奶或放适量啤酒，鱼汤色白，鱼肉细嫩，味道尤佳。Got to share with you, after adding some beer, it really taste a lot better. You can try!
