久别重逢

今天心血来潮打开我之前的blog，发觉我最后一个post是在2011年。今天已经2019年了。已经8年没写blog了。是不是应该开始再把点点滴滴记录下来，好让以后留个纪念。

Patchi

Uncle stayed at Jumerah Hotel at Dubai for his business trip. And they gave this chocolate everyday to wecome Uncle back from work. Uncle found that this chocolate quite yummy. During weekend, the room service guy asked Uncle, "Sir, what else do you need before I leave?". Uncle said "I want more chocolate"....

So, they guy gave uncle few boxes of chocolate.

So, Uncle keep all these chocolate for Aunty....

Uncle: Aunty, nah, your favourite chocolate

Aunty: Wow, the hotel give branded chocolate

Uncle: What?? Branded?? I should have sapu all back....

Aunty: .......

治咳嗽妙方: 四粒苹果削皮，去种子。隔水蒸一小时十五分钟。注1: 苹果汁一点要尽快倒出，不然苹果会把苹果汁吸回去。注2: 要趁热喝才有效。若有咳嗽不妨试一试。

千万别呈英雄

第一天
Aunty: Uncle，冷气滴水！需要找基哥来修理了。
Uncle: 我call基哥了，他说，在冷气管把诸塞的污垢吹一吹就可以。那就可以省120元。
Aunty: 你得唔得咖!写program你就叻。整冷气，都​係叫基哥啦!

Uncle: 你老公我么都叻。你唔信，整卑你睇!
Aunty: 咦，得哦！无流水了！咦！但是，冷气放不对啦。都不是原本的位子。
Uncle: okok, 明天，我再弄过。现在没力了。

第二天
Uncle: 大锅啦，冷气由流水变成流气。。。

Aunty: 都係基哥惹的祸，好教不教，教你整冷气。
Uncle: 底死咯，今晚无冷气吹! 本来好好地，你说没按装好，所以我就拿进拿出，结果​大祸咯。
Aunty: 吹风扇啦，唔晒死!

第三天
Aircond Techinician: 因为你拿进拿出把那管弄破了。所以得敲墙了！
Aunty: 最后，花了多少钱。

Uncle: 190 元！
Aunty: 底死，120 变 190！！！睇你以后还敢不敢？
Uncle: 哈哈。不经一事，不长一智

原来一个人的口味会随着时间的流逝而改变。一向不吃wasabi的Aunty, 突然爱上wasabi....不停的闹着 Uncle 带她吃Sashimi。而吃Sashimi 的原因就是因为想吃wasabi....

应该还有很多，但，一时想不起别的。

Useful tips by Aunty's yoga instructor to keep your headache naturally, splash ice cold water on your closed eye...repeat the same steps in every 5 to 10 minutes. You may try and let  Aunty know if it works on you.

Aunty's Birthday 2011

Last year Aunty's birthday was so memorizable. So this year, Aunty would like to share with you how she celebrate her birthday with Uncle.

Aunty was struggling whether should go for yoga that happened that fall on the same day or have a birthday dinner with Uncle.

In fact, Aunty waiting for Uncle to plan for her something, then she will surely skip the yoga classes. But, too bad, Uncle never prepare anything, and he asked Aunty to proceed with the yoga class.

So, celebrate with Yoga Instructor and neighbours....

After finished yoga classes, Aunty still hope that Uncle will give her some surprise, at least a black florest cake.

Yes, Aunty saw the cake....and Aunty's friend was in the living room as well.....
This was the surprise Uncle prepared for Aunty.....

So, the next day, Uncle brought Aunty to La Joyeux Bistro @ USJ Taipan for belated birthday dinner. 

But, sorry to say that, this is the worst rib Uncle and Aunty ever had in their life... 

住家虾面

Uncle 经常要求Aunty 为他煮虾面。终于，Aunty 第一次为Uncle呈上她的处女作。
Aunty用了几天的时间来准备虾面的材料。

星期四，一边看电视剧，一边清理小葱头。。。

星期五，替辣椒动手术 

星期六，以大清早，去菜市场买完所有的材料，开始煮虾面。

也没有时间把全部过程照相让大家分享。

不过，我还有二厨帮忙，她就是 Chloe dear.... 

最后，Aunty的住家虾面就完成了。

吃后评语：

Uncle 说：还不错，不过可以更好。

Chloe 说：很好吃。

Jason (旧同事）说：是不是给4块钱买一碗来的容易。不过，也真的不错，比外面的好吃。

Cheryl (旧同事）说：不够虾味。

邻居说：很香，但是很辣。

叔仔说：很大碗！不过，照杀！

OK，老实说，第一次煮，还算不赖了，但是，准备功夫也真多。emmm, 真不懂何时何日会再为Uncle煮虾面。。。嘻嘻。装不懂，等Uncle再要求时才打算。。。
